  • Customer Records: account profile data, business name, reseller/wholesale credentials, age-verification status.

  • Payment Information: limited billing details (e.g., last 4 digits, transaction IDs). We do not store full card numbers—payments are processed by third-party processors.

  • Internet/Network Activity: device/browser info, referral URLs, pages viewed, time on site, clickstream, cookies, pixels, SDKs.

  • Approximate Location Data: derived from IP address or shipping region (not precise GPS).

  • Inferences: preferences, audience segments (e.g., wholesale vs. retail), predicted interests.

  • Communications: emails, calls/voicemails, chat transcripts, SMS/MMS content, support tickets.

  • Sensitive Data (limited): age-verification outcome and, if provided for tax/verification/credit purposes, business licenses or IDs. We do not collect biometric data.

Sources. We collect information: (a) directly from you; (b) automatically via cookies and similar tech; (c) from service providers (payments, shipping, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, marketing); (d) from publicly available sources and business partners.

3) How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

5) SMS/MMS Program Privacy (A2P/10DLC)

If you opt in to receive texts, we process your mobile number, message content, timing, delivery status, and engagement (e.g., replies like STOP/HELP) to run the program and stay compliant with carrier/A2P rules.

  • Opt-in: By submitting a form with your number and checking a consent box, creating an account and agreeing, or texting a keyword, you consent to receive messages from Lucky 7. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP (END/CANCEL/UNSUBSCRIBE/QUIT) to any message to stop marketing texts. You may still receive necessary transactional texts where permitted (e.g., order or security notices).

  • Rates: Message/data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

6) How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information with:

  • Affiliates and corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, asset sales).

  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.

  • With Your Direction: e.g., when you link an account, submit reviews, or request referrals.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some practices (like cross-context behavioral advertising) may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state laws. See Section 8 for your opt-out rights.

How to submit a request:

We will verify your request (e.g., by matching account info or contacting you using information already on file). Authorized Agents (CA) may submit requests with proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny a request, VA/CO/CT/OR/TX residents may appeal by replying to our decision email; we will respond with our final decision and reasoning.

Opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted ads:

Financial incentives: We currently do not offer programs that provide discounts or rewards in exchange for personal information. If we do in the future, we will provide a separate notice and obtain opt-in consent.

Nevada residents: We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit a sale opt-out request using the contact methods above.

9) Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Children’s Privacy
