23. Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms

23.1. Program Description. Lucky 7 may send transactional and/or marketing text messages to your mobile number, including but not limited to: account registration/approval notices, login and security alerts, order and shipping updates, customer-support communications, abandoned-checkout reminders, and reorder or win-back reminders. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system from one or more registered 10DLC local numbers and/or a verified toll-free number.
23.2. Opt-In & Consent. By (a) submitting a form that includes your mobile number and checking a consent box, (b) creating an account and affirmatively opting in, or (c) texting a designated keyword to us, you provide express written consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Lucky 7 at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
23.3. Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. After this, you will not receive additional marketing texts, but we may still send transactional texts required to service your account or orders (e.g., fraud alerts, password resets), where permitted by law.

23.10. A2P/10DLC Compliance. Lucky 7 participates in industry programs for Application-to-Person (A2P/10DLC) messaging and may register brand and campaign information with The Campaign Registry and carriers. We may suspend messaging to numbers that appear invalid, generate repeated carrier blocks, or where continued messaging would violate carrier or legal requirements.
23.11. Content Restrictions. You agree not to use our messaging program to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We may filter or block messages that violate carrier policies or applicable law.
23.12. Changes. We may modify or terminate the messaging program at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating these Terms or via text/email as appropriate. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
